The short version
- 30 days to start a return, counted from the delivery date

- Refund issued 5–7 business days after the warehouse receives the item
Starting a return
Write to support@dovarel.shop first with your order number. We reply within 24 hours and send a prepaid label. Please wait for our reply before sending anything back, so we can match the return to your order.
Condition of returned items
For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused, never set up or used outdoors, and packed in its original box with all parts and accessories. For items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us photos of the item and the packaging so we can help right away.
Exchanges
If you want a different version or color of the same item, tell us in your email. Exchanges depend on what is in stock at the time.
Refunds
We issue your refund within 5–7 business days after the returns warehouse receives the item. Your bank or card issuer may take another 3–10 business days to post it. The original $7.95 shipping fee is not refunded when you return an item because you changed your mind. There is no restocking fee.

Changing or canceling an order
You can cancel within the first 24 hours after your order is placed. Email support@dovarel.shop with your order number. After 24 hours the order is already in processing, and you can use the return process once it arrives.
